In conjuction with our terms and conditions we reserve to amend, alter, or cancel any order up until the actual delivery of the holiday or break booked, all holidays are subject to our T&C and you have accepted those at the time of booking. In particular pricing errors or ommisions from your invoice can and will be amended right up until the day of your arrival and check-in time - we reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason at any point until the arrival time on your booking form, wherever possible we will offer alternative accomodation but we cannot guarantee this, if we cancel a booking due to the inability of ourselves to supply those goods or an acceptable alternative you are entitled to a full refund. If termination of your stay with us is due to you breaching our T&C for example unacceptable behaviour or over occupancy or any other reason we deem serious enough to terminate your holiday no refund will be offered and your removal from the holiday home will be done in conjuction with resort safety staff and or the police if threats of violence or damage to our holiday homes is made.
All holidays or short breaks advertised on our website are offers to treat only and once we have issued you the key to your holiday home at check in time on your arrival day we then agree to accept the sale of that holiday at the agreed price providing that all payments were made on time (8 weeks prior to your arrival) and any additional costs incurred such as late booking or amendment fees have been paid prior to your arrival.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your booking and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your booking at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
It is sometimes possible that we may have to move you from one holiday home to another prior to your arrival or indeed during your stay, if this move is due to your chosen holiday home becoming unavailable then we will endeavour to move you to a holiday home of equal grade age and location whenever possible, any difference in price between booked and allocated accommodation will be refunded.
